Eat The Rainbow 🌈

The Eat the Rainbow program is a fun, hands-on learning experience that helps students explore nutrition, poo types, and the digestive system using interactive models and activities. Each year, our team delivers the Eat the Rainbow program to thousands of children through engaging excursions and incursions.

What’s Included:

• Interactive Digestive System Activity: A hands-on activity where students learn how our bodies process food.
• Poo Types Activity: An amusing yet informative activity exploring different types of poos (eg. constipation, diarrhoea) and their relation to diet.
• Sensory Colour Activity: A fun, hands-on activity where children explore the colours and sensory properties of different foods and match them with food models.
• Healthy Eating Craft Activity: A colourful craft activity where children express their understanding of healthy eating habits.
• Yakult Man Cartoon: A short cartoon about not being a picky eater and what happens in your digestive system.
• Yakult Drink to Take Home: Each participant receives a Yakult drink to enjoy at home (with parent/carer permission).
• Complimentary Showbag: All attendees receive a Yakult showbag to take home.

Logistics:

• Duration: Approximately 1 hour
• Capacity: Up to 30 people per tour, 60 people with two simultaneous groups

• Location: We visit you! *Incursions are only available for groups within 65km of our factory in Dandenong South and are subject to availability.

• Availability: Monday – Friday (9am – 4pm). Bookings are essential
• Cost: All programs are free!
