Food Manufacturing

This immersive, behind-the-scenes tour brings classroom learning to life, giving students a real-world look at how Yakult is made while exploring key concepts in food manufacturing, quality control, and production processes.

What’s Included:

• Factory Tour: View our factory safely through large viewing windows, where you can observe our food processing equipment designed specifically for manufacturing Yakult. This includes Yakult’s distinctively shaped bottles, filling and packaging lines, culture, and quality control rooms. Content is tailored to your preferences.
• Complimentary Yakult Drink: Each attendee will receive a Yakult drink to enjoy (onsite tours and incursions only).
• Short Video to Consolidate Learning: A short video relevant to your chosen tour topic.
• Complimentary Showbag: All attendees will receive a Yakult showbag with resources and/or learning materials to take home (onsite tours and incursions only).

Logistics:

• Duration: Approximately 1 hour
• Capacity: Up to 45 people per tour, 90 people with two simultaneous groups
• Location: 10 Monterey Road, Dandenong South, Victoria 3175, or virtual via Zoom, or we can visit you*
• Availability: Monday – Friday (9am – 4pm). Bookings are essential
• Cost: All programs are free

 *Incursions are only available for groups within 65km of our factory in Dandenong South. Subject to availability.
